This is Cherubs Cafe's mantra. For over 18 years, Elvia Basilio, the woman running it all, has proven this statement to be true again and again. She's worked hard to build Cherubs as the place that reminds everyone that they will never go hungry in "Mama's House".
It's why the Logan Square community values her. Elvia's deep involvement with her community has resulted in a presence constantly sought by many within it. There's something about knowing a lady who takes care of you.

Cherubs Cafe is a longtime supporter and donor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Cherubs participates in the annual Sabor Latino Gala, a celebration of Latin culture and fundraiser supporting their mission to empower and give a voice to the Hispanic community in West Michigan.
